    beautiful gardens
    comfortable rooms
    lack of hot water
    room setup issues

The beautiful gardens and comfortable rooms provided a charming atmosphere, with friendly staff enhancing the experience. the lack of hot water and some issues with the room setup detracted slightly from my stay. Still, the food was lovely, making for an enjoyable visit overall.

Breakfast hours end abruptly at 9 am, leaving little flexibility for late risers, especially on weekends. the absence of mixer taps means making the choice between hot and cold water at the sink, which can be a nuisance. Some guests might find the heating schedule peculiar, shutting down at night and only running during the day.

    powerful shower
    comfy room

    Solo traveler’s mixed experience

Nice welcome on arrival, my room was large and comfy, and the shower was best I've had in a while, powerful enough to wash off all the worries of the day. I enjoyed dinner in the evening, it was excellent, though I really think some background music would’ve set the mood right.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable.

    beautiful grounds
    cozy room
    well-equipped space
    limited options
    breakfast variety

The location is simply beautiful, set in lovely grounds that made my stay quite pleasant. The Premier Double Room I stayed in was cozy and well-equipped, providing a nice space after a long day. I found the breakfast options a bit limited, with no variety for dietary preferences, which could be improved.

    uncomfortable sofa

The hotel had a stunning location surrounded by beautiful gardens. Our family room was cozy and came with great facilities, allowing us to enjoy quality time. The staff, especially the female receptionist, were warm and welcoming, which made our stay feel special.

The breakfast options were limited for our dietary needs.

Would recommend for a fleeting pause

Charming grounds, welcoming staff, the room was a pleasant surprise, a suite with a lounge and bedroom that provided a comfortable space after a day of exploring, complemented by a lovely full Welsh breakfast in the beautifully furnished dining room.

    Nothing negative to say.

    limited options
    unstable connectivity
    dated decor

The Premier Double Room offered a lovely view over the garden and was spacious and well-decorated. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout. the lack of variety in the food options during breakfast was a downside, and the WiFi connectivity could be unstable at times. my room felt slightly dated in terms of furnishings.

    spectacular views
    comfy bed
    missing biscuits

What a delightful stay! The views were spectacular, and my deluxe room had a comfy bed and two lovely big windows. Perfect spot for a relaxing escape!

No biscuits with my tea? A travesty! And just two pillows—my head felt a bit like a pancake!

    spacious family room

It was just a great fit for a brief pause in Pembroke Dock with good value for cost. The family room was spacious and had separate areas, which was perfect for us. Make sure to ask for more breakfast options if you're vegetarian.
